Great job, Boo. You organized a seriously fun 45th reunion. It was good to see everyone that attended. Thanks to all who pitched in to make this happen. Forty-five years ago, the school was divided into many cliques. Now, it's one big clique...as it should be. Great to re-connect with old friends and pleasant to talk to those I remember, but did not know too well back then. I think it was a good time had by all. Thank you!

Attended JEB Stuart for senior year 1969-70 and only remember a few people. Moved to California until 3 years ago. Living in Alexandris. Too bad I didn't know abou the reunion. How does one get connected with these events?

Today is final exam day here at UCCS, wher I teach elementary digital electronics to budding engineers. The upcoming year wil find me finishing my thesis on colour to sound conversoin — it's much of a music theory class, inspired by Miller Puckette of UCSD. And I hope to see you next summer — my golf hasn't improved, but my attitude has.

Just got back from the class of 71 reunion and was told about this site, hello to those of you that were my friends. Always wondering about friends from the past, feel free to get in touch via email or facebook.  This is a really nice site, thanks for those that keep it up and rolling.

I attended Stuart in \'72, as a Freshman, but I remember most of you all. I was: "Ernie Rojas\'s little brother"! ....

To the creators of this website: Great job!

Enjoy this production, very much. Great job!! I graduated from Sleepy Hollow in \'64, and would have been in the Stuart Class of \'70, had our family not moved to New Jersey. I am pleased to have met up with Stuart Feigenbaum, in Dallas, in the Late 90s, and I remember many others from Sleepy Hollow.

Just consider me your (somewhat) long, lost classmate and friend,

Hey Y\'all - I had a marvelous weekend connecting and reconnecting. It was happily overwhelming.

I am glad we have continued our community and now have an effective forum for continued connection, support, exchange of information, and just plain fun.

I am looking forward to staying in touch.

Cheers to all, and again- thank you Boo and Vicki!

And Boo- you finally got The Bell! Keep it with honor, amusement, and verve.

Wow I missed a lot of people. How about this weekend at Juniper La. House is kind of empty, lots of dance space. What a mind bending experience.
It is amazing how much (and in some cases how little) we have in common. A big group hug to all however.

P.S.
I am sort of intertested in any stories you may have about the teacher named Boggess. Reach me at my email jeffcrespi@comcast.net about this. All will be held in strict confidence.
All the best,
Jeff

Congratulations to all the organizers and supporters who made this wonderful event even possible, let alone all the bells and whistles!  The reunion showcased some of the awesome skills sets that this gang has developed  over the years, while keeping the  "roll with the punches" sense of humor and fun that characterized our class.

By the way, I am trying to find Phil Stein on the site and can\'t locate a way to email him; anybody have a contact for him?

Hi everyone. It has been a long time, too long, since I thought of Jeb Stuart HS and of the wonderful times I had there. My wife received notification of her reunion-to-be a few weeks ago and it made me realize that there might be a Class of ’70 reunion this summer for Stuart. Searching the web I found your great website. My thanks to you Vicki & Boo. Unfortunately, there is not enough time for me to get there or, trust me, I’d be there to share the experience with you.
For those who do and those who not remember me, I was an Army brat late comer to Stuart, sharing only the Junior and Senior years with you. Two years was not enough time to spend among you. I really enjoyed my time there.
I remember so many of you.  Pat Boyd, Jackie Bass, Vickie Wilhelm, Eddie Seymour, Rick Osborne, April Ottinger, Liz Overstreet, Bruce Palmer (oh wait – that’s me), Julie Petruska, Dorcas Pettibon (I can still be unbearable at times but you are still a bud), Tom Ping, Tommy Knoles, Kathy White, Bruce Olcott, Gary Lee, Mr. Gaines, Cheryl Wiley, Kathy Bromley, Nancy Anderson, Miles Chafee,  Sue Perry, Kathy Foley (hi cuz), and Meredith Thybony. I can easily go on. Almost the entire Stuart ’70 roster.

Hello, I am for various reasons unable to attend the reunion.
I have throughly enjoyed this web site....reuniting with classmates. Some have been on a more distant basis while others I am exchanging e mails with. I find it interesting to see where people located and the bits about their life\'s journey.
I married Bill Miller our classmate. We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
We began living in the NW corner of Colorado. A speck on the map...Oak Creek. We ventured up the Alaskan highway (before it was paved).
We settled in Saint Ignatius, Montana on an Indian Reservation. We live back in the mountains. I began living in a small cabin. No electricity, running water or plumbing. That translates to oil lamps, hauling water, lots of wood splitting, cooking on a woodcook stove, heating with wood and no, much to my dismay the outhouse did not flush. I had to come to respect and make peace with the wild animals we share the mountains with. Our most regular visitors are the bears. I did rob a cougar cat cache on our property. My rottie had gotten into it, gorged and became very ill. She survived and I was glad I survived to. I saw the cougar cat a few days later and I thought, "what was I thinking?"
So I home schooled my children until high school. Our son Asa, did not have a desire to go to school so he has stayed foot loose and free in his spirit.
I do alternative medicine. Homeopathy, Bach Flower remedies and essential oils. My favorite things to do are hike the mountains and play with my grandchildren.
I did a few jobs. I was a secretary for the County Tax Appeal Board and the number one job was working on an organic community shared agriculture farm. I ran the local Farmers Market for a few years.
Bill has modernized and built our home from the timber off our property. He is what we call a river rat. He enjoys a canoe, kayak or drift boat. He does  river trips on the Smith, Salmon, Yellow Stone Lakes and many other waterways. He hunts, fishes and also hikes. He helps the kids with home improvements and built a home for one of them. Yep, he also plays with the grandchildren. He gives Isabell guitar lessons...she is 7.
So now you probalbly know more about us then you did in school!
I did not mean to make this so long, I just felt I should contribute to all the effort that has been put forth here.
Thank you so much Boo and Vickie and others who participated in the production.
With best wishes to all of you,  Madeleine

Nice job Boo!!  Where are Louie Chaconas and Terry Good ?  I am semi- retired managing real estate and investments on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. I married Annick Cooper in 1988 who I met at Dartmouth in 1973.  Kent Allenby was my classmate there.  We have five kids ages 10-20. My oldest, Alexandra, is a sophomore at Dartmouth. Some of you may remember my mom, Anne Peabody, who taught English and Latin at Stuart in the 60's. She is celebrating her 90th birthday on February 8th. She is in great shape! Best to all the Raiders, Doug

Great to see the planning moving ahead and hope to attend the reunion this Spring.  Retired a couple of years ago after 34 years in education, still in the Air Force Reserve as a comptroller.  Married to Nona Myers, stepson Gregg, and you have my address correct.  Now on active duty for a while and not sure of the next assignment.  What a great opportunity to see folks again!

Wow! After 40 years I can still put faces with the names I see here.  I've been married for 33 years and living in Virginia's Northern Neck since graduating from JMU.  I taught at the high school level for a few years but employed now as a systems engineer at NSWCDD in Dahlgren Va.  Good to see Mickey Zick's name pop up.
Go Raiders!

What a blast from the past.  Got the postcard, almost threw it away until my husband Bob, said... "look at this!"  Had fun looking through the site and saw many familiar faces.  So sad about Carter.  Bumped into him at the Boston flower market several years ago - he looked just the same.  Have been living in Concord, NH for the past 26 years, it was a hard adjustment from NYC suburbs but now I LOVE it.

Wow! Has it been 40 years? I'm now a real estate agent down in Florida if anyone's interested. It's been a long, hard road... lost my only son in 2003 to a brain anyeurism at the age of 23, have 3 other step sons though, all grown up and living locally here near Cocoa Beach. Been married to a wonderful wife (Vivien) from Baltimore and just celebrated 35 years of marriage! Give me a shout if you remember me.

Great Job Vicki and Boo.... I always thought our year was a bit apathetic, self included, but I'm glad to see that Boo picked up the torch and Vicki has done a spectacular job with the site.  I seem to stop in daily to see who has appeared.  So sad to see the many of our class that have passed.  I hope to see alot more joining the ranks in the near future.

Greetings,
I wish I could say that I remember everyone, but hey, at this point, I'm glad when I remember where I left my car keys.  This site is really taking shape.  I keep coming back to the "Class of 1970" page to see new additions - it's fun seeing what everyone's up to and where they live.
Vicki, thank you for designing a beautiful In Memoriam site.  I'm having a difficult time accepting that so many of our friends are no longer here.  I remember several of them from elementary and junior high school - Bob Bergaust, Robert Hibben, Mona Ferris and Mary Ellen Hacskaylo.
I hope everyone will do their best to locate classmates.  Let's make this great gathering.
     Best wishes to all,
     Jamie
